- Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Our product average delivery time is 5-15 days although it varies based on the shop on The Handlly.com. In the event, if the product you received is not proper as it was shown in the picture or different than mentioned in the description we will replace your order with the new proper one after investigation that your reasons are genuine. You have to provide an unboxing video proof to claim any kind of dispute. For any kind of breakage we will replace the product after investigation and receiving proper proofs. If you just want to return the product without any dispute (i.e, there was not fault from our side) you may return the product but you will be refunded partially deducting the shipping charges that may vary from ₹ 300 – 500 based on the product but this condition won’t be applicable for the customized products that will be exclusively made for you. No return policy will be applicable for the customized products. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. The applicable conditions are mentioned above.
For online payments refund will be credited back to the same account from where transaction was made. For COD orders refund will be credited to your wallet balance.
